Rich began his career in IT with a global insurance and clinical risk management company based in Chicago, progressing through a number of management positions before becoming CIO, a position he held for four years. Following the acquisition of the company, Rich became the CEO of a healthcare IT software and services company specializing in departmental clinical information systems for hospitals and clinics, and held that position for five years leading the company through six acquisitions and growth to approximately $100 million in revenue. Over the last five years, Rich has provided IT and strategy consulting services to a number of healthcare IT companies both here in the US and in Europe. In November 2009, he became an owner and CEO of GTS where he focuses on GTS’ overall strategy, marketing, sales and business development activities. Rich holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Miami University of Ohio, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
