In line with our successful growth history, we are seeking to add Technical Recruiters that will help maintain and expand our position in the Chicago and surrounding markets.

 

GTS approaches every new hire in a highly methodical fashion, making certain that the goals of the individual are closely aligned with the strategy of the business; especially when hiring sales and recruiting personnel. We realize that internal GTS roles (sales and recruiting) are public-facing positions that require a great level of skill to deliver the GTS message and compelling value propositions with precision to various candidate and Client markets. The keys to success as a GTS Technical Recruiter are: developing unique relationships with a variety of IT candidates, uncovering untapped pools of IT resources, strong ability to assess character and successful traits of individuals, and a strong sense of urgency and follow up. Ideally, we are interested in individuals with previous experience in IT recruiting or other non-IT recruiting roles.

 

Responsibilities of the Technical Recruiter:

  • Execute full life cycle recruiting, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, testing, tracking, providing applicant feedback, references, salary negotiation and extending offers.
  • Present qualified candidates to account executives based on a proper match of skills, qualifications and requirements.
  • Initiate contact and meetings with candidates to solicit referrals and sales leads.
  • Participate in the design and development of recruiting initiatives, sales, business development and Client service activities, including Client luncheons, meetings, or other activities that result in successful relationships.
  • Fully utilize the internet, job boards, social media, and the GTS applicant tracking system to hit individual recruiting goals and quotas.
  • Effectively interface and work in collaboration with the Account Executives to determine the specifics of a job requirement, candidates and the search process.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of work experience related to Sales, Technical Recruiting, Customer Service or Human Resources.
  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional social skills and ability to meet, interview, assess, and attain credibility with a variety of individuals.
  • A team player that understands the value of working collaboratively with other members of the GTS Team.
  • Must have a 4 year college degree.
