In line with our successful growth history, we are seeking to add Account Executives and Information Technology Recruiters that will help maintain and expand our position in Chicago and Midwest Regional market.
The keys to success as a GTS Account Executive are: developing direct, long-term IT consulting and staffing Client relationships, successfully open new accounts, grow relationships with existing accounts, and a belief that the primary driver for long-term IT staffing company and sales success is developing strong, professional, trusting and proven relationships on a direct basis with IT executives and hiring managers. Ideally, we are interested in individuals with previous experience in selling staffing and solutions, but will also consider successful IT recruiters looking to progress their career into a sales role.
The keys to success as a GTS Technical Recruiter are: developing unique relationships with a variety of IT candidates, uncovering untapped pools of IT resources, strong ability to assess character and successful traits of individuals, and a strong sense of urgency and follow up. Ideally, we are interested in individuals with previous experience in IT recruiting or other non-IT recruiting roles.
